The fourth Cowgills North West Homebuilder Awards, held in June 2025, celebrated another year of excellence in the region’s housing sector while raising an impressive £18,125.01 for the NSPCC.
Since launching in 2022, the awards have become the premier platform for SMEs driving growth and innovation in the North West housing market, offering unrivalled visibility and recognition to winners and sponsors alike.
The awards, which are exclusively open to SMEs, have grown year-on-year, both in scale and prestige, attracting industry leaders and rising stars from across the region. They showcase the incredible work of SME developers and those in the housing industry making a real impact in the North West housing sector.
Speaking about the event, partner at Cowgills Stuart Stead said:“The North West Homebuilder Awards are all about celebrating the creativity, ambition, and resilience of SMEs in our region’s housing market. We’re also thrilled that, alongside celebrating excellence, the awards have raised all of this money for the NSPCC, helping a charity that makes a real difference to children across the UK.”
Looking ahead, the fifth Cowgills North West Homebuilder Awards will take place in June 2026 at the iconic Albert Hall, promising another spectacular night of celebration, networking, and industry recognition.
