Cowgills has advised Strategic Property Management, a commercial property management business, on its successful sale to Roger Hannah, the North West’s leading independent multidisciplinary property consultancy.
The transaction strengthens Roger Hannah’s property management division, significantly increasing capacity and expertise while ensuring continuity of service for Strategic Property Management’s established client base.
As part of the deal, co-owner Phil Spark and the existing team will transfer to Roger Hannah, guaranteeing a seamless transition for clients. Meanwhile, co-owner Darryl Lee will re-join Roger Hannah as a consultant – almost 40 years after beginning his professional career with the firm.
