About the deal
Cowgills supported the exiting shareholders in their disposal of the company to Intec Business Solutions in April 2019. Cowgills led negotiations from heads through to completion, assisting the shareholders in managing the deal process and negotiating key commercial terms to maximising value.
Cowgills also assisted in preparing and presenting financial information for use in the due diligence process.
